Product & Quality Assurance
Question: What material are your cable glands made of?
Answer: Standard models are made of brass body with nickel plating, IP68 waterproof grade, with silicone rubber seal ring for reliable performance.
Question: Do you have CE / RoHS certificates?
Answer: Yes, we have full CE and RoHS test reports, which are available for EU customs clearance.
Question: What is your warranty policy?
Answer: We offer a 12-month warranty for all our products. If any quality problem occurs, we provide replacement or solution support.
Production & Manufacturing
Question: What is your delivery time to Germany?
Answer: All orders are made-to-order with stable lead time. Production takes 14 working days. Total DDP door-to-door delivery to Germany is 25–30 days after payment confirmed.
Question: Do you keep finished goods in stock?
Answer: We maintain sufficient raw material stock (brass/stainless steel) to ensure stable pricing and fast lead times. Standard metric sizes can be fast-tracked, while custom orders undergo fresh production.
Question: Can you make custom sizes or non-standard threads?
Answer: Yes, we support custom non-standard sizes, special threads, and extended length. Custom orders will have a slightly longer lead time.
